Long-time Senate Chief of Staff to Head D.C. Operations
WASHINGTON, D.C. (May 3, 2004) – Ruth Cymber, chief of staff to Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-TX), has joined the National Center for Policy Analysis (NCPA) as Vice President of Government Relations and External Affairs. Cymber will head the NCPA’s Washington office.
