In his 2014 predictions, NCPA Distinguished Fellow Bob McTeer advises caution as we progress into the year. He predicts a weak first quarter, but expects the economy to strengthen from there. McTeer says Janet Yellen is an “economist’s economist,” and expects her to be a good Chairman of the Federal Reserve.
